Facebook Photo of the Week (June 7th ~ June 14th)

The official first day of summer is just around the corner! With all this summer sunshine comes bright pops of color which inspire my soapmaking, and looking through Bramble Berry’s Facebook page this last week I could tell that the warmer summer weather has definitely been inspiring yours as well. Are you ready to see who this winner of our Facebook Photo of the Week is? Check this gorgeous soap out below…

This week’s charming photo came to us from Elaine at Lainie’s Menagerie. Her use of LabColors really made her soap stand out and give it a retro tie-dye look (for more information on how to use Bramble Berry’s LabColors, check out the following blog posts here, here and here). Elaine told us she wanted a design that reflected her work as an artist and she was  so happy with this ‘watercolor’ look! Thank you so much to all our readers for being a part of the soapmaking community on Facebook. I look forward every week when I get to see all the creative and imaginative bath & body products and it’s great for passing the time during Lily’s midde of the night feedings. =)

    • Hi Elaine!

I was so happy to see that your soap won for this week’s Facebook Photo of the Week, it really stuck out to me and I loved the tie-dye effect. We can’t wait to see more soaps from you — keep it up!

Very nice Elaine! Your packaging is very pretty too.

    • Good morning, Monica!

The packaging was one of the first things I noticed when I saw this blog post as well. It’s very professional looking and suits the theme of her soaps perfectly. =)
