We all scream for ice cream!More sunshine in Washington has focused my attention to the popular spring time treat: ice cream cones. Not only are they a scrumptious, hot weather treat but they are also charming, colorful and have inspired these adorable buys on Etsy. After spending too much time browsing Etsy sites (shocker), I’ve narrowed it down my favorite Etsy ice cream “wants”.

Fragrance oils do need to be diluted before getting put on the skin. There are different “classes” for various applications that the Research Institute for Fragrance Materials sets different usage %s for. Perfumes and leave on products should be diluted, usually by a minimum of 66-75%.
Your silicone that you have is just fine to use as a perfume diluent. =)
FuturePrimitive, I do the same thing! Why are all the cute t-shirts on Etsy for children??
i love the onesie – wish they did it in my size! or an adult tee shirt…but then would I look ridic? do i care? no! someone make an ice cream cone tee..i’ll buy it!
How cute!!! I love the center of the top row!!
ok, i know it is sunday but i have a technical question.
is it OK to use fragrance oils, assuming they are skin safe undiluted on your skin?
someone on ebay is selling them as purse sprays and she is a power seller and it is bugging me because i thought you were supposed to dilute them to 1 part in 3. trying to break into my market i see this gal purports that no one makes them stronger than she.
but…..i thought you were supposed to dilute the oils.
am i wrong? and, if you were going to sell fragrance oils which would you use, Anne Marie of the following: fractionated coconut oil, jojoba oil, cyclomethicone, or
…..? I do of course what it to absorb into the skin and not be greasy but I see etsy ladies selling the coconut and the jojoba but I have one gallon of cyclomethicone sitting here and now i am wondering if i made a bad choice that might be unhealthy.
any advice would be so much appreciated.
Oh my gosh! I want them all!
My favorite, though, is the printed notecard set in the first picture. What a cool graphic take on ice cream cones!
Great ice cream goodies; I especially like the cards. Thanks for sharing these.
