Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse the peaches and cut into halves. Remove the pit, and cut the halves into fourths. Place the peaches into a large mixing bowl. Add the honey and melted butter. Gently stir to fully coat the peaches in the honey and butter.
Transfer the peaches to a cookie sheet. Sprinkle the peaches lightly with salt. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes. The peaches should be soft, and the honey should start to thicken. Turn on the boiler to high, and allow the boiler to caramelize the peaches. This only takes a few minutes, so don’t walk away after turning on the boiler! Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Enjoy!
