  1. I have a question about the Jagua colorant and other colorants that can be added to the list water. At what point are they added? Are they added as soon as the lye is incorporated into the water or just before the lye water is added to the oils?

    1. We like to add the colorant after the lye is fully mixed in. That way you can make sure there are no bits of lye – they may be harder to see in the blue water.

  2. I need more fragrance oils like I need a flat tire, but I’m gonna have to have them ????

  3. I was enjoying looking at the sponges. The photos are not labeled which is the silk sponge and which is the wool sponge. Can this be corrected? Thank you!

  4. I think the most intriguing element of this new collection is the pearl powder. Never would I have considered putting pearls in soap. It is really cool though, and a great way to use non-jewelry quality pearls with a nourishing twist. Someone should market a royal soap; “washing your hands with silk and pearls.” It never ceases to amaze me the things one can put in soap.

    1. Absolutely, we have so much fun looking for new ingredients to use in DIY bath products. Each one adds something unique.
